Cuts Like A Knife

I love to cook, and to eat. And I am reasonably skilled with a knife. But my jaw dropped when I saw the elaborate flights of fancy in this article about fruit and vegetable carving.

It opened my eyes to the brilliance of Saxton Freymann and Joost Elffers, who have made a series of books that do what everyone creative hopes to do: they transform the everyday into something of wonder.
